Entity Status
Company formation is underway. Company number, registered office details, and formal entity disclosures will be published here once incorporation is complete.
This website describes a company in formation, a pre-authorisation roadmap, and diligence materials for a planned operating model. It does not describe a live regulated institution.
Regulatory Status
No QNTM entity is currently authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA), or any other financial regulatory authority.
The QNTM Bank Project is pursuing a UK PRA + FCA staged authorisation pathway. Phase 1 is foundational build (pre-application engagement). Phase 2 targets Authorisation With Restrictions and UK production launch. Phase 3 closes federated network onboarding under full authorisation. Any filing, review, and approval timeline depends on supervisory engagement, regulatory review, and capital raise progress. Multi-jurisdiction expansion is considered only after UK steady state.
The qntm.financial domain is the interim pre-licence domain. The qntm.bank domain activates only post-FCA banking licence (subject to fTLD verification).
